Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return, exchange or cancel an item purchased from Nova Greenhouses, you must have a legitimate reason and receive prior authorization from our office.

We require confirmation of purchase for all exchanges and returns, as well as ensuring the product is undamaged, unused, and in as-new condition.

Please note that returns will not be permitted for orders older than 31 days.

Return Eligibility

If you have been authorized to return an item from our store, it must be unopened, in its original packing, and in the same condition as when you received it. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not be entitled to a refund.

The return or exchange of the following items is not permitted:

  • Custom size items
  • Final sale products
  • Items that have been constructed or installed
  • Products that have already been used

Additionally, Nova Greenhouses does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect choices. Please keep this in mind when shopping and choose your items carefully.

Return Fees

If you choose to return an item, please be advised that any outbound shipping expenses incurred on that purchase will not be refunded.

Upgraded shipping options, such as priority delivery, expedited shipment, room of choice, preferred carriers, and so on, are included in these expenses.

Additionally, the return freight cost of goods to our warehouse is the customer's sole responsibility.

Please be aware that Nova Greenhouses customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee for orders cancelled or returned within 30 days after ordering.

Damaged Items

The exclusions mentioned above do not apply to damaged or defective products. In this case, our staff will work closely with you to come up with an appropriate solution.

Reporting Damages
Please contact our customer service staff at if your greenhouse has arrived damaged or with defective parts. We'll examine the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or find another alternative.

Damaged Item Returns
Reach our staff at when you're ready to begin the return process for your damaged item. A customer care representative will assist you with all of the information required to complete the return of your purchase. Please make sure the item is in its original packaging before shipping.

Please be advised that this policy is only relevant for damages caused by Nova Greenhouses or the delivery company. Products that have been modified, have installation marks or have been damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.


In some cases, customers may be eligible for a full refund if pre-authorized by our office. A member of our team will inspect your returned item within three business days of receiving it. Refunds may be issued if we establish that the greenhouse is in perfect condition.

Please note that our pricing and the invoice value at the time of the return will determine the amount of credit given to the customer.

Nova Greenhouses has the right to refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges if a client has previously installed, used, or damaged a product.


All cancellations must be made within 30 days of placing the order and must have prior approval from our office. All cancellations in this timeframe will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that you will also be required to pay any return fees if your greenhouse has already been shipped.
