Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for placing an order with Nova Greenhouses. We value your business and will do our best to provide you with the finest possible service. All of our products are sent and delivered promptly, securely, and reliably.

Due to the size and nature of our products, we do have some specific shipping requirements.

Order Confirmation

Once your purchase has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt and order information.

Orders made over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the next working day. In most cases, orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and shipped out within 2 to 4 business days.

Shipment Tracking

When your item is ready to be shipped, we will send a message to the email address you provided during checkout. This will include your package's tracking number and the carrier's name and contact information.

From then on, it is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment, contact and make delivery arrangements with the shipping company, and inspect the boxes when they arrive.

Once shipped, allow for 1-2 weeks for the products to arrive.

Please note that it’s your responsibility to ensure that the address you entered during the checkout process is correct when placing an order. If you make a mistake or fail to notify us of any address changes before shipping, Nova Greenhouses is not liable or responsible for lost goods or additional shipping fees.

Lastly, please contact us at info@novagreenhouses.com if you haven't received a shipping notice with your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery Requirements

Nova Greenhouses will work diligently to ship your products as quickly as possible, considering the timeframe and transportation method you specify.

However, if no instructions are provided, we will utilize our best judgment and ship your order in the swiftest, most cost-effective manner possible.

If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held liable.

Please keep in mind that orders above 90 pounds will be transported through ground LTL shipping.

In addition, to ensure prompt delivery, a functioning phone number is required for the courier provider to get in touch with you before the order can be sent.

Please be aware that we do not provide shipping services to P.O. boxes. In most cases, you will need to sign for the item. In addition, customers living in Hawaii may face extended delivery times.


Shipping Costs

Nova Greenhouses offers delivery across Canada and the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and remote regions.

All shipping fees are calculated in addition to the purchase price and are determined based on your location and the size of your order.

The majority of shipping costs throughout Canada and the United States are between $250 and $450. However, this may vary for those located in rural areas.

Please note that your purchase will not be processed or confirmed until the shipping fees are paid in full.

In addition, customers will be charged for both the shipping and return costs for any returned purchases labelled "undeliverable."


Damaged Goods

When your order arrives, please inspect the boxes carefully to ensure they’re in good condition. Before signing for the packages, it’s the customer’s responsibility to check the parcels for any damage.

Any missing or damaged product should be noted on the receipt and reported as soon as possible to info@novagrenhouses.com, accompanied by photographs and a detailed explanation.

Your case will be reviewed by a member of our customer service team, who will begin the process of filing an insurance claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
