How long will it take to process my order and get my product?
In most cases, orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours (during business days).
How long will it take to receive my greenhouse?
After processing the order, shipping will be done within 2 - 4 business days. Once shipped, allow for 1-2 weeks for the products to arrive.
Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations must be made within 30 days of placing the order and must have prior approval from our office. Read Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not provide shipping services to P.O. boxes.
